1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Chauffeurize websites, booking pages, customer access links, communications, support channels, and payment arrangements.
By submitting a booking request, using a booking access link, requesting payment instructions, making payment, or using Chauffeurize services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. About Chauffeurize
Chauffeurize provides pre-booked chauffeur transportation services focused on:
- Airport Transfers, including airport pickup and airport drop-off.
- Daily Chauffeur Service, including hourly, full-day, or multi-stop chauffeur service within supported cities.
Service availability may vary by city, date, time, vehicle class, chauffeur availability, local restrictions, airport rules, road conditions, and operational conditions.
3. Booking requests and confirmation
- Request first: Submitting the booking form creates a booking request only. It is not an instant confirmed booking and does not guarantee service availability.
- No upfront payment at request stage: Chauffeurize does not take payment when you submit the request form. Payment is requested only after review and when we are ready to proceed with the booking.
- Review before payment: We may review route details, airport details, timing, vehicle class, pricing, chauffeur availability, and operational feasibility before accepting the request.
- Needs clarification: If information is missing, unclear, inconsistent, or requires manual review, we may mark the request as needing clarification and contact you before proceeding.
- Confirmed booking: A booking is confirmed only when Chauffeurize has accepted the request, payment has been completed or otherwise approved by us, and the confirmation has been issued.
- Duplicate requests: We may reject, merge, cancel, or ask you to clarify duplicate or similar active requests submitted using the same or similar contact details, service date, time, city, service type, route, or vehicle class.
- Service areas: A city, airport, or service appearing on the website does not guarantee availability for every date, time, route, or vehicle class.
Airport Transfers
- Airport transfer requests require accurate city, airport, terminal, service date, service time, route location, and vehicle class details.
- Airport transfer estimates may use map distance, airport location, route band, vehicle class, city, and operational availability. Routes above the auto-estimate range may require review.
- Flight details are recommended for airport pickups and may be required where needed for coordination.
Daily Chauffeur Service
- Daily Chauffeur Service start times are available within the window shown on the booking form, currently 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Auto-estimated durations may be limited. Longer requests may require review before pricing or confirmation.
- The booked duration starts when the chauffeur reaches the agreed pickup location, unless Chauffeurize agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Booking reference, status page, and customer access link
After submitting a request, you may receive a booking reference and a secure access link by email. This link may allow you to view submitted details, booking status, payment instructions, payment status, chauffeur assignment details, receipts, and service history.
- You are responsible for keeping your booking access link private.
- Anyone with access to the email or secure link may be able to view booking details, subject to our security controls.
- The customer access page is intended for booking visibility and approved actions only. Ride modification or cancellation features may not be available unless Chauffeurize explicitly enables them.
- Chauffeurize may update booking statuses such as submitted, needs clarification, payment pending, payment received, chauffeur assigned, confirmed, completed, cancelled, expired, or voided.
5. Payments
Chauffeurize currently supports payment through approved payment methods such as PayPal and Wise. We do not ask you to pay through unsupported payment methods.
- Payment timing: Payment is requested after we review the booking request and are ready to proceed. Payment should be completed at least 12 hours before the confirmed service time unless Chauffeurize agrees otherwise in writing.
- Payment link: When the request is ready for payment, Chauffeurize may send a payment link or payment instructions by email or another agreed communication channel.
- Payment link expiry: Payment links and payment instructions may expire, be withdrawn, or be replaced at Chauffeurize management discretion, especially if payment is not received in enough time to coordinate the service safely.
- Pricing: Estimates shown on the website are indicative until reviewed. Final pricing may depend on city, service type, date, time, route, distance, itinerary, duration, vehicle class, chauffeur availability, airport rules, special arrangements, and local conditions.
- Currency: Final payable amounts are normally charged in United States Dollars (USD). Any non-USD display shown on the website is for convenience only and may use indicative exchange rates.
- Processor terms: PayPal, Wise, or any other approved provider may apply their own fees, exchange rates, processing rules, user terms, and privacy policies. Chauffeurize is not responsible for policies controlled by those providers.
- Processor fees: Processor fees, transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or bank fees may be non-refundable where the provider does not return them to Chauffeurize.
- Payment confirmation: A booking may move to payment received only after payment has been verified by Chauffeurize or the payment provider.
6. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time, whether payment has been completed, whether a chauffeur has been assigned or dispatched, and whether special arrangements have been made.
Refund review policy
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request, chauffeur assignment, dispatch status, supplier costs, payment processor fees, special arrangements, route complexity, and whether Chauffeurize or its partners have already incurred costs to prepare the service.
Chauffeurize may approve a full refund, partial refund, credit, reschedule, or no refund depending on the circumstances of the booking. Non-refundable payment processor fees, transfer fees, bank fees, currency conversion charges, supplier costs, and already-incurred service costs may be deducted where applicable.
If Chauffeurize cannot deliver a confirmed and paid service for reasons within our control, we will review the booking and may offer a refund, alternative service, credit, or another reasonable resolution.
Reschedules and changes
Reschedule or change requests are subject to availability and may affect price. Chauffeurize may accept, reject, or reprice a change request depending on timing, chauffeur assignment, supplier availability, route changes, and operational feasibility. Customer self-service changes may not be available unless Chauffeurize explicitly enables them.
7. No-show, waiting time, and delays
- No-show: If the passenger does not arrive, cannot be contacted, or is not available at the agreed pickup location within the waiting window, the booking may be marked as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
- Waiting time: A complimentary waiting window may apply depending on service type, city, and booking details. Additional waiting time may be chargeable where available.
- Flight delays: For airport pickups, we may request flight details so timing can be planned more accurately. Flight monitoring or delay handling may depend on the city, chauffeur, airport, and booking confirmation details.
- Incorrect details: Wrong pickup details, wrong airport, wrong terminal, incorrect contact information, or unreachable passengers may lead to delay, additional charges, cancellation, or no-show handling.
8. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, email address, mobile number, city, pickup point, date, and time.
- Provide correct airport, terminal, flight, route, and location details where relevant.
- Choose a vehicle class suitable for the passengers and luggage in your party.
- Keep your booking reference and access link private.
- Check booking emails, payment instructions, and assigned chauffeur details carefully.
- Ensure passengers are ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
- Follow local laws, safety rules, seat-belt rules, airport regulations, and chauffeur instructions.
- Avoid unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or disrespectful behaviour toward chauffeurs or partners.
- Do not carry unlawful, dangerous, restricted, or prohibited items in the vehicle.
Chauffeurize or the assigned chauffeur may refuse or end a service if passenger behaviour creates safety, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
9. Drivers, chauffeurs, and supplier partners
Chauffeurize may arrange services through professional chauffeurs, local operators, and supplier partners. We aim to coordinate reliable service, but local conditions, traffic, airport rules, road closures, weather, security checks, chauffeur availability, supplier issues, or events outside our control may affect the journey.
Vehicle examples shown on the website are examples only. A similar or equivalent class may be assigned depending on availability.
Once a chauffeur is assigned, Chauffeurize may share the chauffeur name, contact number, vehicle make, model, and relevant service details with the customer for coordination.
10. Completion, feedback, and ratings
After the service is completed, Chauffeurize may mark the booking as completed and send a thank-you email, receipt or service summary, and an optional rating or comments request.
Feedback, ratings, and comments may be used for service improvement, support, dispute handling, and quality monitoring. We will not publish personal feedback publicly without appropriate permission.
11. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge, booking detail, or service outcome is incorrect, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue. Unnecessary payment disputes or chargebacks may delay resolution and may limit your ability to book future services.
12. Liability and disclaimers
Chauffeurize will use reasonable efforts to arrange services as confirmed. However, we do not guarantee that journeys will be free from delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airport congestion, security procedures, vehicle issues, supplier issues, payment delays, missing details, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, Chauffeurize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed meetings, lost profits, or loss of opportunity. Mandatory consumer rights that apply by law remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, booking flow, payment process, website features, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
