King Khalid International Airport pickup and drop-off.

Riyadh is a major business, government, luxury, and events hub where airport arrivals, hotel transfers, office visits, Diriyah plans, and evening movement need clear coordination.

For airport pickups, share your arrival time, passenger contact, luggage count, and destination. For airport drop-offs, confirm your pickup point and planned departure timing before the ride is finalized.

What we need for RUH.

Three things let us plan a transfer at King Khalid International Airport properly rather than approximately. None of them take long to give us.

1

The flight number

This is the useful one. It tells us when you actually landed rather than when you were scheduled to, so a delay costs you nothing.

2

Who is travelling

How many people, how many bags, and anything particular. A child seat, step-free access, or a guest to be met by name.

3

The other end

For arrivals, where you are going. For departures, where we collect you. An address is enough, and a pin helps if the entrance is awkward.

Choosing a vehicle

What meets you at RUH.

Pick by luggage as much as by headcount. Bags are the usual reason a car that looked right turns out not to be.

Economy

Up to 3 passengers and 2 bags. Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata, Kia K5, or similar.

SUV

Up to 5 passengers and 5 bags. Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, or similar.

Luxury

Up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8, or similar.

Group

Up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Mercedes-Benz V-Class, minibus, coach, or similar.

Executive

Up to 3 passengers and 4 bags. BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Lexus ES, Genesis G80, or similar.

Nothing is charged while you decide. You send the journey, we confirm a chauffeur and a price, and payment comes after that.

Things to do

Top activities in Riyadh.

Add extra time to your chauffeur day if you want to move between airport arrival, hotel check-in, city visits, local dining, and evening plans.

1

Diriyah and Bujairi

The restored district northwest of the city, and the evening booking most visitors ask for. It is a genuine drive from the centre, so it works best as a planned block rather than a gap between meetings.

2

Kingdom Centre

Offices, the mall, and the sky bridge in one tower. Underground access is straightforward, though the security queue at the office lobbies is worth ten minutes.

3

KAFD

The financial district is a pedestrian island. Cars stop at the perimeter and you walk in, so agree the drop-off gate in advance or you will walk considerably further than you meant to.

4

Boulevard City

Busiest after dark, particularly during Riyadh Season, and the approach roads back up badly. We usually set down early and collect from a quieter side.

5

Dining and coffee stops

Riyadh eats late. A chauffeured evening tends to run past midnight, which is worth accounting for when you book the hours.

City planning

Plan your Riyadh travel day properly.

Timing matters Airport arrivals, hotel movement, meetings, and dining stops should be planned with traffic time in mind.
Match the vehicle to the trip Passenger count, baggage, comfort level, and number of stops all affect the best vehicle class.
