- Location and map data: address text, selected map point, latitude, longitude, airport distance calculation, city, airport code, and route-related details needed for pricing and service coordination.
- Booking status and history: booking reference, status changes, payment status, customer-visible notes, internal operational notes, clarification records, chauffeur assignment details, service completion status, receipts, and timeline history.
- Payment coordination data: payment status, amount, final charge currency, transaction reference, payment method, payment link status, provider reference, and payment-related communication.
- Assigned service details: chauffeur name, chauffeur contact number, car make, car model, vehicle class, and other details needed to deliver the confirmed service.
- Feedback and ratings: service rating, comments, follow-up feedback, issue reports, and customer support notes after service completion.

4. Booking access link, status page, and service history
When you submit a booking request, we may send you a booking reference and secure access link. This link may let you view submitted information, booking status, payment instructions, payment status, chauffeur details, receipts, feedback options, and service history.
The access link is intended to make the booking experience easier. Please keep it private. If you believe your link has been shared with the wrong person, contact us so we can review the booking and access controls.
The booking status page may show historic booking details even after the service is completed, unless the information is deleted or restricted according to applicable law, operational requirements, or retention rules.
5. Communications
We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or another agreed channel for request confirmations, clarification, payment instructions, payment confirmation, pickup coordination, chauffeur assignment, service changes, receipts, support, or feedback.
Message and carrier charges may apply depending on your provider. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and reachable.
7. Payments through PayPal, Wise, or approved providers
Chauffeurize currently supports payment through approved providers such as PayPal and Wise. Payment providers may collect and process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Chauffeurize does not store full card numbers, bank login details, or complete payment credentials. We may store payment status, payment link status, transaction references, amount, final charge currency, provider reference, and related booking records for support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and customer history.
Final payable amounts are normally charged in United States Dollars (USD). Any non-USD display shown on the website is for convenience and may use indicative exchange rates.
8. Maps, Turnstile, security, and duplicate prevention
The booking flow may use Google Maps features so you can search an address, place a marker, or confirm an exact pickup or drop-off point. We may store the selected address, coordinates, and calculated distance information as part of the booking record.
The booking form may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security checks to reduce spam, automated abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
We may compare booking details such as email, phone number, service type, city, service time, vehicle class, route, and status to detect duplicate or similar active requests.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for bookings, service delivery, customer access links, service history, support, payment records, accounting, fraud prevention, duplicate request prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and operational needs.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, service location, legal requirements, payment requirements, the nature of the booking, and whether support, refund, dispute, or safety issues exist.
