The flight number
This is the useful one. It tells us when you actually landed rather than when you were scheduled to, so a delay costs you nothing.
Your chauffeur meets your flight at JFK / LGA / EWR and takes you where you are going. Give us the flight number and we watch it, so a delay costs you nothing.
New York ground travel can involve airport arrivals, hotel transfers, business meetings, traffic-sensitive schedules, events, and multi-borough movement where timing and vehicle fit matter.
For airport pickups, share your arrival time, passenger contact, luggage count, and destination. For airport drop-offs, confirm your pickup point and planned departure timing before the ride is finalized.
Three things let us plan a transfer at JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark airports properly rather than approximately. None of them take long to give us.

How many people, how many bags, and anything particular. A child seat, step-free access, or a guest to be met by name.
For arrivals, where you are going. For departures, where we collect you. An address is enough, and a pin helps if the entrance is awkward.
Pick by luggage as much as by headcount. Bags are the usual reason a car that looked right turns out not to be.

Up to 5 passengers and 5 bags. Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, or similar.

Up to 3 passengers and 4 bags. BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Lexus ES, Genesis G80, or similar.
Nothing is charged while you decide. You send the journey, we confirm a chauffeur and a price, and payment comes after that.
Add extra time to your chauffeur day if you want to move between airport arrival, hotel check-in, city visits, local dining, and evening plans.
Midtown kerbside is contested at almost every hour. Your chauffeur will name a cross street rather than a hotel entrance if the doorway is blocked.
Best approached from whichever side your day continues on. The park is wider than it looks, and crossing it on foot costs twenty minutes you may not have.
Stopping is restricted along much of it. We set down on a side street and collect you from the same corner, which saves circling.
Narrow streets, heavy security around the exchanges, and very little legal standing time. A named meeting point matters more here than anywhere else in the city.
Theatres release within minutes of each other and the whole district gridlocks. A pickup two blocks out is almost always quicker than one at the door.
Useful for executive schedules and meeting-heavy travel days.
Common for office transfers and tightly timed business movement.
Plan pickup points carefully around traffic, crowds, and event timing.
Emergency and crisis numbers while you are in the United States. Tap a number on mobile to call directly. Use emergency numbers only for urgent safety, medical, fire, police, or crisis situations.
A few visual cues for the city, airport movement, local stops, and the kind of journey travellers are planning.
Two minutes to request, no card details, and a person reads it before anything is quoted. Book at least 48 hours before you fly.
