1. Choose meet-and-greet or curb pickup
Meet-and-greet can be useful for busy terminals, VIP passengers, families, first-time arrivals, or guests who should not have to navigate pickup zones alone. Curb pickup can be faster when the airport pickup point is simple and known.
2. Add the flight context
Flight number, arrival time, arrival date, terminal, and passenger contact details help align the pickup plan with real arrival conditions. This matters because gate changes, baggage delays, and airport congestion are normal.
The best airport arrival feels pre-solved: you exit, connect, and move.
3. Use one clear pickup instruction
A one-sentence pickup instruction can save several minutes. For curb pickup, write the terminal, door, lane, or zone. For meet-and-greet, write the arrivals hall location or meeting point.
Example: “Terminal 3 arrivals, Door 6, curb pickup lane, passenger contact reachable by WhatsApp.”
4. Do not schedule airport pickups like normal rides
Airport pickups need buffer. Immigration, baggage, walking distance, and passenger readiness can all vary. Build enough room into the plan and provide the flight context where possible.
5. Plan luggage before choosing the vehicle
Luggage is often the quiet failure point. A sedan may be comfortable for passengers but not enough for several large suitcases. If you are unsure, choose a larger class.
